1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ad Insights by ProduceDept ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ad Insights by ProduceDept is a web application that allows users to connect their Facebook advertising accounts and analyze advertising performance data. The Service provides analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations derived from Facebook advertising data.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

• You must authenticate using a supported login method (including Facebook OAuth) to access the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must have proper authorization to access any advertising accounts you connect to the Service.
• You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized users.

4. Data Usage, Storage, and Privacy

4.1 Authorized Data Access

• We only access Facebook advertising data that you explicitly authorize through Facebook's OAuth system.
• Access permissions are limited to the scopes approved by you and required for analytics functionality.

4.2 Data Storage

• To provide historical reporting, performance trends, and analytics features, the Service stores certain advertising data in a secure database.
• Stored data may include advertising metrics (such as spend, impressions, reach, and related performance data), account identifiers, and configuration metadata.
• We do not store Facebook passwords or login credentials.

4.3 Data Usage

• Your data is used solely to provide analytics, reporting, and product functionality within Ad Insights.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your advertising data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4.4 Data Retention

• Advertising data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or until you revoke access or request deletion.
• You may revoke Facebook access at any time through your Facebook account settings.
• Upon revocation or account termination, associated stored data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, subject to operational and legal requirements.

4.5 Security

• We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
• While we follow industry best practices, no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Facebook Platform Policy Compliance

The Service operates in compliance with Facebook's Platform Policies and Terms of Service. Users must also comply with Facebook's terms when using Facebook data through the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or download data from the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ad Insights by ProduceDept and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Insights by ProduceDept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Data Accuracy

Analytics are based on data provided by Facebook's APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Users should verify critical information using Facebook's native tools.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice when feasible.
